David L. Scarbrough is a Certified Public Accountant who resides in Santa Ana and who maintains his private accounting practice in Santa Ana, which he established in 1979. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of Ventana Imports, Inc., a liquor importer. Mr. Scarbrough is a former Director and former Chairman of the Audit Committee of Pan American Bank.
