Larry G. Frampton has been in the southern California financial services industry his entire career. From 1997-2005, Mr. Frampton presided as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bank, a four-branch bank headquartered in Rosemead, CA.

During his tenure, the medium-to-small business oriented bank grew from $100 million to $240 million in total assets.

Further, the market value of the bank's common shareholder base grew from $8 million in 1997 to the sale of the bank for more than $62 million in 2005, a 675% increase.

Previous professional activity includes 24 years with First Interstate Bank, Los Angeles, until its acquisition by Wells Fargo in 1996. Among his last assignments, Mr. Frampton served as S.V.P.-Senior Credit Officer in First Interstate's holding company, exercising ultimate approval authority for high-level credits beyond the authority of Chief Credit Officers in seven states.

Mr. Frampton is a graduate of University of Michigan Business School.
