Manuel J. Ramirez has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1981, and since 1993 he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramirez International Finance and Accounting Services, Inc., an Irvine, California-based certified public accounting firm providing auditing, tax and consulting services to private industry, governmental agencies and non-profit corporations. Mr. Ramirez graduated in 1987 from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and in 1999 from Golden Gate University with a Master of Science degree in Tax Law from Golden Gate University. A native of Santa Ana, he earned a Diplomate in Forensic Accounting from the American College of Forensic Accountants in 1999. In 2007, Mr. Ramirez was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to serve as a Board Member on the California Board of Accountancy.
